The current array, dedicated to Gregory Hines, Henry LeTang, and Jimmy Slyde, include various resources including inclusive accounts of the artist's body of work, biographies, and new include monthly updates of information we find online and share with you. Visit the sites and explore the work of some of the greatest tap dancers ever.

As the holidays approach, we at the Tap Legacy Foundation just wanted to take a moment in this busy season to say thank you. Your support of the work we do makes it all the more worthwhile.



The Tap Legacy Foundation's capital campaign to build a cultural center in New York City dedicated to the art of tap dance is now on Facebook. Thanks to the Causes application you can now become One In A Million over time, at your own pace, and continue to support the goal of the Tap Legacy Foundation, bringing together all those who have been affected by tap dance to build a home dedicated to it.

Two of our dear contributors to the art of tap dance have taken their final bows. James Clark (of the Clark Brothers, with brother Stephen), and Marion Coles (dancer, wife of Honi Coles, and founding member of the Silver Belles) both passed on in the last month.
